Rafael is a native of Atlantic County and is approaching 10 years now as a tattoo artist, He resided in Florida for many years, however he moved back home missing the change of seasons.

Raf specializes in black and grey, cover ups, water color work, he can do just about anything you put in front of him, however his favorite is custom work, very creative, and as you can see below his work speaks for itself.
